How to exercise
Usually, people who are diagnosed with tachycardia or increased heart rate, would often fear that their heart would suddenly stop beating after beating so fast. However, if you would like to stay physically fit, your heart rate will increase. Even if you are diagnosed with tachycardia, you can still diet and exercise without compromising your heart.
One of the solutions to exercise even if you have an increased heart rate is to have a longer time for exercise but the rate and intensity is much lower. Those who would like to have a quicker way to burn fat would engage themselves in a high intensity workout in a span of 20 minutes. Although this can be effective, it is not a good option for people suffering from increased heart beat.
In order to achieve the similar benefits of that 20 minute intensive workout, you need to do some low rate exercises for a longer period of time. Actually, brisk walking for 40 minutes provides similar benefits to a 20 minute run.
As much as possible, you should try to avoid exercises that will increase your heart rate such as aerobics because this will make your condition worse. You can go for those that are much gentle such as yoga, swimming and Pilates. You can choose those exercises that do not require much stress to your heart but will also help you to burn fats effectively.
Aside from avoiding aerobic exercises, you should also avoid those foods that can increase the beat of your heart. Such foods include those that are high in caffeine. Usually, these are energy drinks that contain high caffeine and other stimulants. If you don't want to increase your heart beat more, then you should avoid drinking these energy drinks.
Eat foods that are healthy and do not contain lots of fats. In order to have a healthy heart, you need to eat foods that are rich in magnesium and potassium.
An increasing beating of the heart should not hinder you from staying fit and healthy. Instead, you should take it as a challenge to become healthier. You can try out various gentle exercises at home through the convenient use of a Swiss ball.
